1. Scope of Service
We diagnose and repair premium refrigeration equipment within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Service availability may vary by model, age, part availability, or accessibility in the home.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- A diagnostic trip fee (typically $90) is due at the time of the appointment and is applied toward approved repairs.
- Written estimates list parts, labor, and taxes. Estimates expire after 30 days unless otherwise noted.
- Additional issues discovered during repair will be discussed with you before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Access
- Appointments are confirmed via call, text, or email. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- A person 18+ must be present during the visit with access to the appliance, electrical panel, and water shutoffs if required.
- Trip charges may apply for missed appointments or inaccessible equipment.
4. Parts and Warranty
- We install OEM or manufacturer-approved components whenever available.
- Repairs include a limited parts and labor warranty (usually 90 days) covering the specific issue corrected.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, flood/fire damage, power surges, or unrelated failures.
5. Payments
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Housecall Pro.
- Payment is due upon completion of the visit unless approved arrangements exist.
- Past-due balances may incur collection costs, interest, or result in suspension of future service.
6. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take reasonable precautions to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, cosmetic wear, or consequential damages such as spoiled food or business interruption.
